Refund Policy

Refunds or returns submitted by mail will be processed to your original payment method. Note that outbound shipping charges are not always refundable, including regular and freight shipping.

**Refund Processing Times:**

- **Credit/Debit Card:** Up to 10 business days

- **Pre-Paid Card:** Up to 30 business days

- **Gift Card:** Up to 3 hours (or up to 10 business days if linked to an international bank)

- **PayPal:** Up to 30 business days

Refunds for debit transactions will be issued to the same debit card. If that card is not available, refunds will go to a shopping or gift card.

You may choose to:

- Exchange the item.

- Receive a refund to your original payment method.

**Order Cancellation:**

If you cancel before shipment, we will release the full amount. If the item has shipped, you can return it for a refund, but you’ll incur shipping charges if it exceeds $35.
